Yellowhead Community Clinic was developed to maintain clinic and health care services in our area. We currently provide physician and nurse practitioner services. Our long term goal is to develop primary clinic setting in collaboration with Manitoba Health.
We working in collaboration with our regional health authority; Prairie Mountain Health. Our clinic was built in 2009 and is attached to the Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health Centre; which provides diagnostics (lab & x-ray), public health, acute and emergency services, long term care residences.
We are a state of the art clinic that uses electronic medical records Accuro.
