I am a high school home economics and visual art teacher by trade from rural Saskatchewan, Canada. Many say those who can't, teach. I strive to do both. I'm a crafter, tinkerer, sewer, gardener, hunter, and fisher. I believe in using our hands to create what we wear, eat, and drink whenever possible. The name "Wild Angle" comes from a combination of two large parts of my life: my connection to the outdoors as an outdoors-person, and with my love for the arts. Wild Angle mirrors the photography term Wide Angle describing a lens that captures a wide range of view. I believe this mirrors my skills. I am a Jill of all trades, just as those who came before our current generations.

I strive to share not only knowledge of the "old ways" of creating and sustaining but to share items that I have made with my own hands, with passed down skills, made entirely from my heart.

Each quilt and piece of clothing is unique, slightly varied, and naturally imperfect - All qualities of a handmade item. Some stitches may not be of the same length, small puckers of fabric may be visible in the quilts, some areas may be finished with hand stitching - just like grandma would have done.

My prices are humble compared to others - this is not a reflection of quality but a reflection of my personal desire to share the handmade with those out there. I'm not here to get rich, just to share my art form with those who would like a piece of it.

When you purchase an item of my store you can be assured it is one of a kind. I often purchase only enough fabric to make just one or two items. When quilting I do not always follow a pattern but instead design each item to be at least slightly varied from all of the other items created.

Custom orders will be accommodated upon request. Shipping time is listed at 1-2 weeks but will be within 1-2 days if I am at home (which I am most of the time!)

I strive for long-lasting products but if for any reason my items are flawed products are guaranteed within 30 days of delivery so long as washing and care instructions are followed. Depending on the situation your item will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded.
