We aim to guarantee you will be fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may exercise your right to return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery of the package, duly notifying by registered post to XCM Entertainment: PANI SIMONE -VIA FORCE, 10 -00138 _ROMA (ITALY). Returns must meet the following requirements: • the product must not be used or damaged; • the product must be in the original packaging; • the product must arrive at XCM Entertainment within 10 days of the date of delivery ; • the product must be sent in one single shipment (we cannot accept returned products from the same order shipped at different times). No charges for shipping will be refunded. Time scale and method of refund It will take from approximately 10 to14 days from when your return arrives at XCM Entertainment to process a refund.
