"Firefighters save hearts and homes "
The Town of Norris Arm are very proud of our Volunteer Fire Department !
In July 2003 the Fire Department realized their goal and purchased a new equipment van with the help of all those who supported their fund raisers and that of the Provincial Government. Also in 2003 with the help of the Town Council and our Provincial Government two much needed Breathing Apparatus were purchased for the Fire Department.
The Fire Department would like to thank all those in their fundraising efforts these past years to purchase a new Fire Truck. In 2009 their dream was realized with the help of the public and both the Provincial Government and the Town of Norris Arm a new Fire Truck was purchased in October 2009.
Also the Fire Department would like to extend a big thank you to Clarence Vickers and Amanda Donahue for their special fundraising efforts to purchase a defibrillator for our Department.
