Come be encouraged and challenged by the Word of God, which is clearly explained every Sunday at 11:00 & 3:00. Sunday school for ages 2+ is at 10:00.
New Hope Baptist Church is an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church serving the town of Stephenville, NL and surrounding areas.
We are currently meeting in the Lecture Theatre of the College of the North Atlantic on Sundays. We have Sunday School for children at 10:00 a.m., morning service at 11:00, and afternoon service at 3:00. Our services are approximately one hour long. We sing traditional hymns of the faith and are taught directly from God's Word. After the singing portion of the morning service, the children are dismissed for a special Junior Church service during the preaching.
Mid-week Bible study and prayer time is held at Pastor O'Brien's house. More information about that is given during the services on Sunday.
We have ladies' meetings that include refreshments, crafts, games and a devotional time. These are held monthly and are a highlight of the month for the ladies. More information about the ladies' meetings is also given during the Sunday services.
