Now retired from teaching, Nana's Workshop is where I spend a great deal of my time.

I love to sew and create new things. Bags have always had a special appeal for some reason so Nana's Workshop was created to support this hobby. I also like to knit and crochet during my tv time. When my girls were younger I used to make some of their clothes. I work with quality materials and in most cases cotton. Prices are based on the cost of materials plus a minimal amount for time. Mostly I just enjoy doing it but there is only so much a person can personally use or gift. I would love to do custom work so if you have something in mind you would like made get in touch. Want to learn to sew? I would love to teach you. Love piecing quilts but dislike fighting with your regular machine. Come use my long arm. I'll help you set up and you do the rest. Its simple really. Instead of moving the quilt, you move the machine.
