A little bit about us: GreenBum is a collaboration between my mom - Angela (who doesn’t like having her photo taken!) and myself - two moms who have a passion for everything green, adding simplicity to life, and sewing. We live very close to each other in rural Ontario - both enjoying the farming lifestyle. Angela and her husband hobby farming and myself and my husband cropping.
Angela began sewing when she was young and carried the passion for this art into raising her kids. Sewing clothes, toys, and even her own cloth diapers which she is still using with her youngest! Angela has 15 children - which means a lot of sewing! With so many children with such a wide variety of interests her sewing experience has ranged from toys to clothes to diapers to organizers to make up bags to fishing vests to juggling balls…whoo! my fingers are getting tired just typing some of the list! If you have an idea that you can’t find somewhere else - send us a conversation and we can create together!

Enough about Angela and a little bit about me: I have one son under a year old - who is often used as a model in our product photos. A cutie isn’t he? While my sewing expertise doesn’t cover the wide range Angela does I can boast several quilts, baby items and toys. Your products will be in her capable hands while I help pick fabrics, feature products, capture the products in use, and help others learn about our GreenBum initiative.
