Dr. Carrie has been a ND since 1999, and has always had a family practice with a particular love for pediatrics, digestive health, and endocrine balance. With a strong focus on nutrition and lifestyle, coming to this office will change you for the better, as we will together create a health plan for you and your family.
She has special training in pharmacology, women's health, pediatrics, and thyroid balancing. Treatments offered include nutritional counselling, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, and stress management techniques.
She is a mother of three, happily married, and lives on a small farm in Wainfleet with her dogs, sheep, chickens, turkeys and rabbits.
Dr. Carrie is a volunteer in her community, an avid outdoors lover, and is here to assist in building health in her community.
