About Calla:
In 2005 during my second year of Sports and Recreation Administration program at Lambton College, I obtained my Personal Trainer Specialist Certification through CanFitPro. I have trained in private homes, community centers and private health facilities working with clients who are dealing with everything from weight loss issues to brain injuries and everything in-between.
I grew to love working with rehab clients and any specialty populations. For this reason, in 2009 I decided to obtain my Medical Exercise Specialist Certification through the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals. This provided me with additional knowledge when working with post rehab clients.
As a first-time mom in 2009, I learned the challenges of finding 'me' time. In stead of finding someone to watch my son while I worked out, I decided to include him in my workouts. From this, I designed and started teaching a class where new moms could bring their babies to workout with them. Since then I have become a certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist through Fit 4 Two. I teach both pre and postnatal fitness classes.
I enjoy working with all populations from young to young at heart, beginners to advance.
My Studio:
After marrying my husband, Owen, I relocated from Sarnia to Mooretown to live on his family's farm. After having our second child I knew I wanted to make a change in my work life so I could be closer to home with my family. So with Owen's help, along with family and friends, we have renovated half of our 4 car garage into a private, energizing fitness studio. Now I'm living my dream- working in a profession I love and being close to home and to my kids, Graydon, Corbin and Arabel.

Some classes I offer are: Breast Friends Fitness (Breast Cancer fitness class, Mommy to Be (Prenatal), Mommy & Me (Postnatal), Fit to be ME (group fitness for 13-17 years old) WAKE UP! and Stretch, Full Body Circuit, Ropes & Core, Med Fit, Body Balance, Cowgirl Fitness, Agility Rush and Tots Dance.
