Falconbridge Taekwondo is located at the Falconbridge Wellness Centre (Community Centre) and operated through the City of Greater Sudbury Leisure Services.
Your instructor is Master Mike Larose, 4th Dan Kukkiwon Certified black belt.
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate.
Lessons are based in the art of taekwondo and are taught in a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages fair play and respect.
Classes run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from:
6:00-6:45 (ages 5-8)
6:45-7:30 (ages 9-12)
7:30-8:15 (teens and adults)
Registration is through the City of Greater Sudbury Leisure Services, and classes run in 10-week blocks year-round.
Participants learn at their own pace and can move on to local, provincial and national competition.
