Pilates: No impact, full body, strength training with an emphasis on complete core connection conditioning. We use props in this class (e.g. BOSU, bands & weights). All fitness levels welcome! Pilates is a great class to start at Custom Fit. This class is held in our studio.

TRX: Moderate intensity, full body strength training with TRX suspension training straps plus skipping for cardio. TRX is a step up in intensity from Pilates. This class is held in our century old barn from April through December.

Cross-Train: High intensity, interval training with a cardio component (skipping, plyo-metrics, snow shoeing, etc…). Fitness enthusiasts who are injury-free and game for anything are welcome. This class is held in our century old barn and outdoors.

Yoga: Although there is a relaxation component to this class, yoga at Custom Fit is for cross-training conditioning with an emphasis on upper body strength including arm balances and vinyasa flows. Beginners should start with our Pilates classes first before joining our yoga. This class is held in our studio and in our century old barn from May to October.


Yin: Full body stretching for mobility and relaxation with a focus on the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and the joints. Poses are all done on the floor and held for a longer period of time (3 minutes+). All welcome! If you can get down on the floor, you can join us for yin. This class is held in our studio and in our century old barn from May to October.

NOTE: Modifications are offered in all classes to suit all levels. Newbies? Please contact us prior to your first class. Private coaching is available by appointment both in person and online.
