Kim has a background as a veterinary technician and is currently registered in a Holistic Nutrition Coach program with Nutraphoria School, as well as studying to become a yoga teacher with Breathe Hot Yoga (Yoga Alliance accredited). Kim has a passion for helping others achieve optimal mind-body wellness; with a special interest in equestrian & equine nutrition, and yoga therapy.
Kim can provide nutritional assessments, customized meal plans, nutritional supplement recommendations, and essential oil education. Kim will soon be providing yoga therapy services, to help those dealing with chronic pain, anxiety and depression, as well as anyone wanting to improve overall physical and mental performance.
In the equestrian world, Kim is involved in Eventing with her thoroughbred gelding Mac, and will be exploring Dressage with her new crew member Maverick, a thoroughbred/percheron gelding.
Kim strives to put focus on the need to balance our horse's athleticism with our own, and will be offering yoga for equestrians (private or group classes) and live blood analysis starting in spring 2018!
