Andrew McLane is an experienced real estate agent who offers an exceptional level of service and integrity coupled with an in-depth understanding of the island’s ever-changing market.

Andrew McLane was born and raised on Vancouver Island, and has lived in the Parksville/Qualicum Beach area for almost 28 years. He found his passion for real estate early in life, obtaining his license in 2002 at the young age of 19, and began his career with Royal LePage in Parksville/Qualicum Beach. He quickly achieved success at the brokerage, and was a Diamond Award winner at Royal LePage four years in a row. Most recently, Andrew joined the team at 460 Realty, and looks forward to advancing his career at this progressive independent brokerage.

Over the years, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience in the industry and attributes his success to his firm belief that real estate is a relationship business built on trust and respect. He enjoys blending his passion for real estate and marketing to help his clients better understand the entire buying and selling process. Aside from working directly with buyers and sellers, Andrew has also gained experience building 7 homes and subdividing property parcels for the past 12 years.

Andrew values his education, and possesses a Bachelor degree in Commerce with a major in Social Enterprise. He has also taken a number of courses in commercial real estate, and was the recipient of the VREB scholarship award.

Whether it comes to his personal life or his professional life, Andrew is never one to shy away from a challenge. He firmly believes that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to, and proved it by recently shedding 260 pounds!

When he is not at the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and his girlfriend, Andie Roberts. He likes to keep active and enjoys baseball, soccer, swimming, hiking, running and travelling.
