The YWS administers the CNF which includes the Emergency Women's Shelter, a drop-in medical clinic, a daycare, prenatal programs & family support programs.

The Vision Statement of the YWS:

To make sure there is a permanent, unfettered forum for women to:
-maintain their voice in the North,
-to nurture and celebrate cultural diversity, and
-to live healthy and empowered lives, enriching themselves, their families and their communities.
