The Fast Food Shack is BACK!! Mini and I created this concept first out of our love for the plethora of street foods we've casually encountered in our travels - both together and individually. But it didn't end there...we tweaked them all, family recipes, back alley recipes, BBQ shack recipes...every one of them. Our own way. Still rooted in the far past, when Fast Food was REAL Food. Second - we wanted to create our own favourite fast food shack, where we could eat because even as restauranteurs, we're crazy busy, in a hurry and in way too much need of a solid grab and run kinda joint...with no compromise.
