The building has been crafted with attention to detail in masonry and wood with a cozy fireplace in the main living area. A unique center island divides the kitchen and living area and makes for a spectacular entertaining space. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the 2nd floor master suite and second bedroom and be lulled to sleep by the waves on the lake and the breeze passing through the cedars on the shore. Bathrooms are conveniently located on both levels. Pine flooring in most areas, accentuated by ceramic and marble tile in the bathrooms. The cottage boasts modern touches such as granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms which fuse with rustic pine woodwork throughout. The 0.80 acre, southerly facing lot is well treed and extremely private. The aspect allows for all day sunshine on the shoreline and decking and provides spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset. Outdoor space includes a wraparound deck and the recent addition of a 350 square foot main deck and new hot tub. Star gazing, sunsets and Lake Huron views from the hot tub are unparalleled!
