Showing youth a variety of specialized skills in music, martial arts, circus, arts and crafts,etc, all while still connecting to tradition and community.
We do as the Inuit do taking advantage of the land of the midnight sun. As most of the world is asleep with the sunset we are still awake taking in the sunlight doing a range of activities from basic team-building games and sports to specialized activities in martial arts, circus, music, marionette and "do it yourself" projects. We don't stop there as we ensure to stay in touch with traditional roots as we have workshops in throatsinging, inuit tatoos, inuit drumming, traditional carving, etc. Furthermore we aim to brighten community life with community meals, markets and anti-vandalism projects.
