Solid Foundation

Experience weights in heavily in real estate and Yvan understand that. Before starting his career as a realtor, Yvan worked with various accredited evaluation firms for 11 years. The experience allowed him to acquire a valuable know-how when it comes to evaluating various types of properties such as: residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, condos, schools and even churches converted into condos.


An Early Start

If a majority of 6 year old kids would rather spend their summers playing outside, Yvan started his own business. Spotting an opportunity right in front of him, young Yvan started selling glasses of water to worker working on the new Autoroute 20 for the upcoming Expo ‘67 just outside his home in Lachine. Another opportunity arose when Yvan realized he could sell bait to local fishing enthusiasts near his family’s summer home in Cacouna, in the Lower Saint-Lawrence.

In his early thirties, Yvan was now working the Montreal Canadien where, for 7 years, he was responsible of hiring, training and special projects for the concessions department. Thanks to his leadership and initiative, Yvan developed and implanted a new model of operations which allowed the organization to considerably increase sales. Yvan’s model is still used to this day by the legendary Montreal team.
