St Mark's is a small, stable parish in a small, stable town. After two years of soul searching, our congregation carefully and prayerfully decided we could no longer afford a full time pastor. Consequently, we are now experiencing an extended period of continuing discernment with a half-time intentional interim pastor. Our attendance remains steady; about a third of our regular Sunday worshipping community of 55 is children under tha age of 14. Recently we enthusiastically adopted our new mission statement, "We Serve," and we have begun the hard, good labor of living up to it. In all, we are a happy and devout Christian community that worships the triune God richly, and serves our brother Lord Jesus generously.
