The Squamish Days 10K Run and Flashback Mile are a part of the Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival, held annually over the BC Day long weekend.
The Squamish Days 10K Run is part of the Lower Mainland Road Race Series. The series features eleven of the best events in the Vancouver area and provides runners of all ages and abilities the chance to compete against their peers.
The course is an accurately measured fast, flat, out-and-back route with a paved shoulder, minimal traffic and is friendly to wheelchair athletes. Post race includes draw prizes, awards and refreshments. Shower facilities available.
Wheelchair Division - Team Division - Stroller Division
Medals for the top 3 in each category. No walkers.
