South Castlegar Sourdough is small scale home based sourdough bread bakery. Each loaf is made to order and delivered to your door fresh and warm first thing in the morning.
Here is the price list:
Basic white or wheat option - $5.50.
Sunflower flax wheat - $6.00
Pesto - $6.25
Cheese - $6.25
Onion - $6.25
Pesto cheese - $6.50
Cinnamon Raisin - $6.50
and then I'll take requests or add flavours as I go.
The process to make the bread takes about 12 hours so orders will be for next day delivery.
This is not a full scale bakery. Just sharing great bread among friends and friends of friends. If you are interested in a sample or would like to order a loaf let me know.
