SNSYC was designed to be an affordable and accessible yacht club, serving both the power and sail communities. We have about 550 members of all ages.
SNSYC was founded in 1981 by a group of individuals interested in boating. From the outset, if was designed to be an affordable and accessible club serving both the powerboat and sail boat communities. Nowadays, the club has about 800 members, and a very active and evolving Junior Program. The distinctive and well-appointed clubhouse, converted from an old family home, is located on the west shore of Tsehum Harbour in a park-like setting of lawns, gardens, and trees.
