Donations accepted Monday through Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm at our Donation Drop Off Centre, Rutland and West Kelowna stores.
Please note that our Sutherland store is able to receive small household items and clothing Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
To prevent theft & damage and to keep items out of the landfill, please do not drop off donations after hours.
To arrange a pickup of large furniture items please call our furniture pickup coordinator at 778-4778-7000 Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Due to Health Canada’s Health & Safety guidelines, Re-Sale-Ability,
and Store Storage space, we cannot always take everything offered to us.
We are unable to accept large appliances, or mattresses,
bathroom fixtures, doors & windows, broken furniture, car parts,
paint, chemicals or hazardous materials, Bike helmets, safety jackets,
Baby furniture and car seats over 5 years old or missing CSA stickers.
