First time clients: Cash or Credit Card
Regular clients: Cash, Credit Card or E-Transfer

CHEMICAL SERVICE/BODY PIERCING POLICY
You must be 16 years or older to receive a chemical service/ body piercing without parental consent.

KIDS CUT POLICY
If the kid is crying, screaming or kicking we will not cut their hair. It is way too dangerous to have sharp tools around a child that doesn't want their haircut.

NO-SHOW POLICY
1st time: Warning
2nd time: A deposit will be required for any chemical services

LATE/CANCELATION POLICY
Please let me know if you are running even a couple minutes late. I know how long it usually takes to perform the service you are booked for and I only book for the amount of time I need. If you running late and I understand life happens but please just let me know so I can change anything if possible. Over 10 minutes late your service may have to be changed a bit to make up time.
If you need to cancel or re-book a service please let me know 24 hours in advance.
