HERE IS HOW SAFE2SHOW WORKS:

Safe2Show is meant to assist and protect our fellow colleagues from potentially dangerous and life threatening situations. Never show a home alone again.Our commitment is to get you home safely every night and to provide you with the security and the serenity to do your job well and stress free!

$ 25.00 monthly.

We have developed a unique and easy system to provide assistance to our fellow members and have them accompanied during their daily showings, as needed.
At the beginning of each month our members will receive an email delivered to their inbox, outlining the times they are required to make themselves available to assist other members in their geographical territory.
Our administration will track the system and will provide hands on service and support between 8AM and 8PM, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

– Depending on the number of participants shifts will vary in time.(The more members, the less time you would need to dedicate) So refer away, to all your colleagues as we also have a referral program, for every referral you get us, we give you a free months membership.

There will be zero tolerance towards poaching other members’ clients and there will be a zero tolerance against “no show” without a valid reason…….. One strike and you are out!!

We do not recommend showings past 8 p.m. 365 DAYS A YEAR.

In the event that there is an issue with a potential buyer, strange behavior, MANAGEMENT WILL issue an alert and a fan email will be posted to everyone with as much detailed information as possible, we will update our Facebook and twitter accounts with any suspicious activities as well, so be sure to follow us.

THIS MEMBERSHIP FEE WILL BE TAX DEDUCTIBLE AS IT IS A SERVICE PROVIDED TO OUR FELLOW REALTORS.

WE will provide all members a decal for the interior of vehicles to make the RCMP aware that our members are conducting business in the area.

We will issue a newsletter every quarter to alert each other of any suspicious activities, progress within our group, tips on how to protect ourselves, educational material, etc.

A yearly “network “event / social. This is a great way to get together, get to know each other, swap cards, ideas and meet face to face.

A PERCENTAGE OF MONTHLY PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL FEMALE SHELTERS.

SAFE2SHOW WILL ESTABLISH A YEARLY SCHOLARSHIP WITH THE UBC SAUDER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS TO BE AWARDED TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF OUR MEMBERSHIP WHO WISHES TO FOLLOW IN OUR FOOTSTEPS.
