After years of struggling with food related issues. I started really looking into how food was made, produced, and sold. I decided it was time for a healthier living lifestyle and to start teaching our children the truth behind food and how to grow and make it ourselves. Now i would like to educate and teach people like me with gluten/dairy/ meat issues with my recipes for people who may not have a green thumb. I also have started eating and cooking vegan and organic and truly enjoy growing much of my own food and finding wonderful places to buy what I can't grow myself. It has been an amazing journey and I'm very excited to share.
