Realtor at Sutton Group-West Coast Realty
After graduating from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business for Real Estate, I learned the ins and outs of the real estate game in the Greater Vancouver area and the Fraser Valley. Many people reduce real estate to a numbers game, such as homes sold annually or average days on the market; I believe it to be much more than this. While tangible results are important, numbers alone aren’t enough to help you feel confident in the person you choose to walk you through such a large transaction. The fundamental factor you need from your Realtor is honesty and integrity. Trust is just as essential as numbers. I am committed to putting your best interests above all things and treating you with the best possible service available, so we can make sure your needs are at the centre of our relationship.
Having also studied Behavioural Neuroscience at Simon Fraser University, I had the opportunity to learn how to communicate with people in a transparent and empathetic way. With a background in accounting and a deep understanding of the economy, I found I could help the people in my life by pairing the knowledge I had gained throughout my education with my love for investing and finance. Naturally, the real estate industry provided a great opportunity for me to put this into practice. Every home has it’s own unique set of characteristics within its market, and every person has their own unique set of values and needs. The ability to recognize what each piece of real estate has to offer, and what each person expects from it allows me to pair people with their perfect match. I’d love to help you find yours!
