I am a Commercial Troller we use only Line and Hook to catch our fish no nets. I have supplied stores and restaurants throughout British Columbia since 2004. Last year we decided to offer the freshest Salmon possible we fly our fish directly from Haida Gwaii to our customers. These fish are sometimes delivered the same day that fish was caught. We continue to strive to offer the freshest quality of salmon and protecting future stocks by harvesting less fish. More is always better, but quality does matter.
