The Town of Qu'Appelle will be closing down the South end of Highway #35 that runs through our town, and will be hosting a Street Fair and Street Dance from 12 noon until 11 pm. We can't let the 150th Anniversary of Confederation just pass us by so we're planning the best Canada Day ever! From 12pm until 6pm we will have a ton of things going on, including lining the highway with vendors and entertainment. What kind of entertainment??? Well, we can't give it away all at once so for now we'll let you in on one big secret ... SPIDERMAN is coming!!! Stay tuned for more info, coming soon! After the fair is over we'll have a street dance from 6:30pm until 10:30pm featuring the Regina band (and one of our former locals - Rick McBain) "The Tilted Kilts." Then, we'll have fireworks at 11pm at the ball diamonds. So mark your calendars and we hope to see you all there.
