BOTOX COSMETIC
$10.00 a unit (range from $300 - $600 depending on treatment)

Treatment areas include the frown lines between the eyebrows, the horizontal lines that run across the forehead, and the crow's feet around the outer eyes.

JUVIDERM FILLERS
$550.00 per syringe (usually 1 or 2 syringes)

Enhancement that decreases lines, restores lost skin volume, and keeps your skin hydrated. Treatment areas include cheek enhancement, smile and frown lines, and more, individualized to each patient.

BOTOX for AXILLARY HYPERHYDROSIS (excessive sweating)
Cost of therapeutic botox is $387.50 per 100 U.

Depending on degree of hyperhydrosis 100 - 200 U for both axilla. Cost of therapeutic botox usually covered by private drug plans. If not, Allergan will cover botox cost of first treatment!
Injection fee $225.00 (not covered)
