Our brand new, 2,000 square foot location provides a first-class facility to serve our diverse clientele from within Port Perry and across Durham Region. Training is provided in the areas of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, along with classes in Self-Defence, Cardio Kickboxing, and Yoga. The instructional classes are offered for all ages and skill levels, from children to adults.

We pride ourselves on teaching reality-based Martial Arts, building confidence and self-discipline, while promoting fitness in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere. Our instructors are experts in their field, each with many years of training in their respective discipline. Our carefully structured Martial Arts curriculum ensures that all of our students progress at the most efficient rate possible, while ensuring their safety.
