The Philosophy of the Pilot Butte Early Learning Centre is to ensure the well-being and safety of every child in care. Through our program we provide a loving, warm environment where children develop and emerge as individuals.
Pilot Butte Early Learning Centre is licensed by Early Learning & Child Care and operates within provincial child care regulations.
Our approved capacity is 45 children aged 18 months to 12 years. The spaces are divided as such;
Toddler 18 – 29 month 10 Spaces
Preschool 30 months – finish Kindergart 30 Spaces
School Age Grade 1 to age 12 5 Spaces
The Director, under the supervision of the Executive Director, manages the child care for the members.
Our staff have Early Childhood Education training from a post-secondary institution, CPR and First Aid certification as well as a current, to 6 months, Criminal Record search including vulnerable sector check.
Hours of Operation
The child care operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except on Statutory Holidays.
