The sport of Gymnastics ---covers all areas of fitness, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and strength; all of which are valuable to the health and well-being of children and youth in communities and surrounding areas. Currently, the Pictou County Gymnastics Club provides programming for children ages 18 months and up. Our programs include: Kindergym (18 mos to 2 yrs), Preschool (2 to 4 yrs) Homeschool, Recreation (5 yrs and up), Teen Gym (13 – 19 yrs). We also offer Advanced/Intermediate/Pre-Competitive and Competitive Team – by invitation only.
