We receive payments in cash or e-transfer. Depending on location, we will deliver for a fee, and would require a non-refundable deposit via an e-transfer prior to delivery. Delivery is to FRONT DOOR of ground floor. Upon arrival for delivery, we will explain assembly and answer all questions regarding maintenance.
If you desire assembly completed for you, and require any moving beyond the front entrance of ground floor (eg. up/down stairs, into elevators, from room to room, etc.), PLEASE INFORM US PRIOR TO DELIVERY as we would charge extra for such services.
Deposits are accepted upon confirming a pick-up/delivery date. We charge $10/day to store each item after agreed date of delivery/pick-up. When the storage charge amounts to the price of the item, it will become our property again.
