Located in the Northern Rockies Lodge on beautiful Muncho Lake, our Dining room has offered European and Canadain Cuisine for the last two decades.

I, your chef, would like to welcome you to Northern Rockies Lodge and Muncho Lake. I thank you on behalf of the Schildknecht Family and staff for choosing to dine with us. You, like many of our guests, have made the long journey along the Alaska Highway to reach the jade green shores of Muncho Lake in the heart of the Northern Rocky Mountains.

I hope you enjoy my home as much as I have over the years. It may be a rugged land but for its lack in human presence it more than makes up for in its pure natural beauty.

I hope to entice you to take a culinary journey with me. My team and I strive to cook our favourite foods from the myriad of influences we have experienced on our own travels. Naturally I would like to thank my parents Urs and Marianne Schildknecht for their continued support in making this endeavor possible.
