Nicole Joseph is a full time Real Estate Salesperson who enjoys helping clients, especially first time buyers and young families find homes that suit their needs. When working, she is very focused on the details, which is an attribute buyers’ and sellers will appreciate, especially at contract time. She epitomizes hard work and integrity.
Nicole has had the good fortune of being able to join the Cody Team and learn from their many years of experience and top notch work ethics. Although she hasn’t lived in Cambridge for quite as long as some of the other team members, she has fallen in love with the area and the people who live here.
She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Having been personally touched by cancer she donates a portion of each Real Estate transaction to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Her goal with each one of her clients is to exceed their expectations!
