Nature of Wholeness, is about discovering one's individual path to emotional connection, awareness, understanding, and health. I believe one's body is constantly guiding, supporting and aiding a person to look within, and look deeper, to discover and re-claim this vibrant thriving aspect of our birth right. Depending on the individual, sessions will vary greatly, as each of us are so unique. However, I will give you some general guidelines. I have seen, experienced and witnessed the power of opening that may occur through curios exploration. With a genuine heart felt connection, I offer guiding questions, that facilitate this exploration of self. Through learning about, and listening to someone, I have discovered that the body and mind are constantly providing guidance towards one's individual wholeness. Some of the modalities I work with include; intuitive counseling, EFT, guided meditation/journeys, soul retrieval, flower essences, essential oils, plant spirit medicine, nature therapy, herbal support, charka connection, and others. The vision of NOW is to help support, and guide the human family back into wholeness. This journey begins with self, for it is from this point that I feel the rest of our earth family will also heal.
