Hi Friends-

From Sociology major, to stay at home mom, I have re routed my life plan. After having my two beautiful boys I decided pregnancy, birth, and beyond is how I want to spend my time. I love educating myself on the female body and all that it is capable of. It is truly magical and each baby is a beautiful little miracle. I flourish on educating others about pregnancy, birth, and healthy options and alternatives for our everyday life.

My goal is to empower woman during pregnancy, labour and delivery, and make sure they are receiving the support they need. I want to ensure families are aware of all options they have during labour and delivery and, I will lend a hand all the way through. I am now taking on clients as I work towards my Birth Doula certification, and hope to bring back the normalization of pregnancy and birth.

I want families to know that magical, beautiful labour and birth experiences are there and, are obtainable. Trust your body, trust your instincts, and trust the process.
