This B&B is Off-Grid living to the MAX! Paddle up to us in summer and walk/drive up in winter! The aurora is RIGHT over your head outside your door!

Experience Yellowknife Bay by staying aboard a floating home on fixed anchor! Explore Houseboat Bay by canoe! Take a walk on Jolliffe Island which is 50 yards from our deck!

During open-water seasons, I'll pick you up at the government dock with your luggage and bring you to the B&B. During your stay you'll be provided with a canoe to get back and forth from the B&B to land.
If the weather is not cooperative for canoeing, then I will ferry you over with the power boat.

During ice season, you can take a taxi right to our door from the airport, walk to our B&B or park your rental right on the ice beside us!

We are closed during the "in-between" season where the lake is starting to freeze in late October and when the ice is breaking up in late May. Please consult us as to when these times occur as they change annually by a week or two.

One room available in Main House with one queen-sized double bed. Hot breakfast provided.
$125 single, $150 couple.

2nd stand alone room will be available at the end of August 2016; one queen-sized double bed with a small kitchenette and bathroom. Very comfortable pull out couch available for 3rd person. This new platform is floating 30 yards from the Main House. Breakfast ingredients provided; you make your own breakfast.
$200 single or couple/$50 extra for one more person

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled more than 2 months prior to booking date (less booking fees).
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled between 4 to 8 weeks of booking date.
No refund if cancelled within 4 weeks of booking date.
