MARINER'S LOOKOUT
is a one bedroom, fully furnished second floor unit situated on a flourishing landscaped property overlooking Vancouver Island's Beaufort Range and Comox Bay.

Our equipped condo style kitchen is open to the living room.
The window frames a breathtaking view of the mountains, the harbour, HMCS Quadra, the Goose Spit, and an everchanging garden landscape.

Prices range from $120 - $135 per night, double occupation, plus cleaning fee of $45.
Weekly: $750 - $900 per week, double occupation, plus $45 cleaning fee.
Additional guests $35 each per visit.

We offer internet, television with cable, DVD, and radio.
This is a smoke-free environment and we are unable to lodge pets.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for reservation, a rental agreement will be emailed upon booking.
Additional accommodation can be arranged.
Check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
There is a cleaning fee of $45 per stay.
We can welcome you in French or English. Visa or cash gratefully accepted.

Our guests have a view of Comox Bay and the garden, the bedroom has a kingsize bed. A fold out couch can accommodate two additional guests and a cot can be set up as well.

Summer: $950 per week, or $140 nightly (2 night minimum, 1 - 4 guests) June 15-September 15.

Winter: $750 per week or $110 nightly (2 night minimum, double occupancy) or $1600 monthly for short term occupancy, plus % of hydro.

Rooms are cleaned and towels refreshed mid-week or as needed.
