For 25-years I've been a pioneer and transformational catalyst in the field of personal growth. teaching yoga since 2001, and was the owner of OM Yoga Space & Manipura Studio - Sudbury's first yoga studio (2004-2011). In 2004, I began offering experiential workshops and training programs on Shamanism, Chakras & Holistic Lifestyle.
I am the founder of RADIANCE YOGA & LIFESTYLE SCHOOL, a gold-standard school registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA).
PROFESSIONAL OFFERINGS:
Life Coaching, workshops, retreats, and training programs where CEU's with CYA can be acquired. Available are very intimate Yoga Teacher Training (CYA-40hr, 200hr, 300hr) and Yoga of Intimacy Holistic Lifestyle Program (CYA-100hr)
