Home of the Lacombe Flying Club
Founded in 1962, the Lacombe Flying Club has over one hundred members operating some sixty airplanes. We also operate, maintain, and manage the Lacombe airport (CEG3) on behalf of the City of Lacombe. A 3000' paved and lighted runway and a 2400' grass/snow strip provide year round day/night access to one of Central Alberta's friendliest little airports. Home to everything from advanced ultralights to antiques, warbirds, and a satellite flying school, we're very proud of our flying field. Our members host a coffee and snack morning every Sunday in our newly completed 1300 sq ft terminal building, and we have an annual Fly-in/Drive-In Breakfast every spring, and a Corn Roast event every fall. Come see for yourself. Airport elevation 2783'. Unicom 122.8 MHz. Runway 34 right hand circuits only.
