Owner/Chef, Uyi Oyairo, has always loved creating mouth-watering dishes and watching the satisfied look of people that eat them. As a result of living and acquiring different cooking skills in Africa, Europe, North America and Canada, Uyi desired to showcase her international portfolio . Her dream of seeing people in Edmonton, Alberta experience the tasty side of Africa combined with her creative edge in continental cuisine resulted in the birth of a fine dining Afro-Continental restaurant called Koultures.
