After 50 years of excellent service in the Greater Victoria area, we are proud to announce our expansion our services in Sooke. We consider this part of a growth process of service. Our goal is to offer all that a boater would need or want in boating services and specialties.
Since the beginning, John built his company from the ground up on the notion that: “A Satisfied Customer is a Repeat Customer.” And we plan to keep generations of satisfied customers coming to Jenkins Marine LTD for years to come.

Jenkins Marine has its own repair shop which provides both preventive and restorative maintenance. Anytime between spring tune ups and fall winterization, our technicians can handle anything from system repairs and installations to upgrades.

John Jenkins grew up in Victoria and became involved with boats and commerical marine operations at an early age. He started working for Hill Marine and then went on to become a journeyman boat builder.
In 1964 John incorporated his own business, Jenkins Marine. Using a shop on a hilltop in View Royal he began manufacturing Thunderbird sailboats. The company has expanded over the years into one of the largest and most stable marine repair companies in Victoria.
