Renting a home located in Barry's Bay - your perfect summer getaway that allows you to be close to nature, while having all the comforts of your own home and all the conveniences of the small town nearby.
Although the house is not located on the waterfront, the public beach in Barry's Bay is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. There is a tennis court by the beach (a weekly membership costs $25), along with a park, workout equipment, and a beach volleyball court. The nearby town is a 10 minute walk away and there are many other beautiful lakes, beaches, and hiking/biking trails in the area. We also have 3 adult bikes at your disposal.
The house has a big fenced in backyard, a small campfire pit, and parking available for up to 4 cars. We can accommodate up to 8 people (however my prices are based on 4 people). The house is full of light and very clean. It has four bedrooms, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a bit kitchen with an eating area, and a living room with a big screen TV (there's no cable however we have Netflix and a selection of DVDs).
While staying at the house, you will be required to take care of our cat (so no pets, sorry). The cat spends most of the day outdoors, so you only have to feed her and let her go in and out. She is a very nice, quiet, friendly, and well behaved cat.
The house is available from July 19th, 2014 to August 17th, 2014 (minimum a week rental). This is the perfect place to rejuvenate, spend time with family, or simply to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Rates (based on 4 people):
1 week - $600.00
2 weeks - $1,000.00
3 weeks - $1,300.00
4 weeks - $1,600.00

Dom do wynajecia w Barry's Bay.
Dom jest w miasteczku, ale w bardzo spokojnej i ladnej dzielnicy Sandhill. Nie jest nad woda, ale od plazy publicznej w Barry’s Bay dzieli go 3 min jazdy samochodem lub 15 minut piechota. W okolicy sa tez inne piekne jeziora i plaze. Zaraz przy plazy jest kort tenisowy (membership na tydzien - $25), plac zabaw dla dzieci, boisko do siatkowki oraz przyrzady do cwiczen. Niedaleko sa dwa pola golfowe. Mamy 3 rowery do dyspozycji.
Dom ma duzy, ogrodzony ‘backyard”, miejsce na male ognisko i parking na 2-4 samochody. Jest przestrzenny, czysty i pelen swiatla. Wszyscy moi goscie mowia, ze spi sie w nim doskonale. Dom ma 4 sypialnie (moze zmiescic do 8 osob, ale moje ceny sa oparte na 4 osobach), duza lazienke z jaccuzi, duza kuchnie z miejscem do jedzenia oraz living room z duzym telewizorem (mamy Netflix).
Mamy kota (a wiec nie przyjmujemy zadnych zwierzat). Podczas pobytu proszeni sa panstwo o karmienie go i wypuszczanie w ciagu dnia na dwor. Kot spedza latem wiekszosc dnia na dworze i jest malo klopotliwy.
Dom jest do dyspozycji od 19 lipca do 17 sierpnia (pobyt minimum tydzien). Jest to idealne miejsce, aby odpoczac, spędzic czas z rodzina, lub po prostu uciec od gwaru miasta.
