We are ready to encourage the men and women of all points without a legion, to join with Saturna & Galiano Island residents and friends of these communities who are not active, in any legion to come and join us as members where we will strive to assist and serve those families and indivduals who are not in any way receiving benefits of service, from Veterans Affairs Canada.


Our service Officer Ron M Weeks is able to be contacted for these functions and also to answer any concerns for benefits from VAC.

If you know of a concern or a member of the Legion, their spouse or direct family who requires, assistance and information about the welfare of military or RCMP personnel, please contact me by email, ronm.weeks@gmail.com.

As a former member of the Canadian Army, and a CSM of the HQ staff, my aid will hopefully give those in need extra reason for receiving benefits and welfare.

Are you aware that the Legion branches have a recruiting drive on to invite all Fire Service members with 2 years of service to join the Mayne Island Branch 84 RC Legion. This gives the member access to any legion in the country and USA VFW centers and reduced rates on some travel plans.Consider the chance to join at 45.00 annual fees
