In 1988, Sam Scalia, president of Groupe Cartierville, started as a builder and developer following a very simple principle: to offer quality, affordable condominiums in trendy Montreal neighbourhoods.
After several projects and many awards and nominations (such as a seat on the Board of Directors of the Greater Montreal APCHQ), the group's philosophy remains the same and success continues to follow.
