Simply put, I am all about creating beautiful things without spending much money.

I transform and flip homes...turning them from total disasters to turn key houses that would make any homeowner proud to own. I am VERY frugal, so I shop the deals, buy second hand or even DIY projects myself to maximize the beauty of both the homes I flip as well as my own home.

I am a small town raised, hardworking farm girl who left home at 18 to move to the USA, then onto England. I have a master's degree in Kinesiology and I do exercise therapy with patients with kidney failure.

I have been married for 10 years to my university sweetheart, Jay - an Olympic medallist in speed skating, an international speaker/presenter and the current municipal councillor for our beautiful MD of Foothills (SW of Calgary near the Rocky Mountains).

We have two beautiful healthy children, Shelby (age 6) and Kayden (age 2).
