FITT 2 Go Training is designed to combine the benefits of a gym with the conveniences of home. As an independent trainer my goal is to offer personalized service for each individual client. I realize each person is unique and that their life style reflects that, so I aim to help clients succeed in their goals by adapting their routines to suit them. By focusing on the "FITT" principle-Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type- together we can build the right habits for you. After all the best work out is always the one that's completed!
I have been certified as a trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), have my CPR/AED certification, and am committed to being a life long learner.
