Craft Cider made with Certified Organic Fruit

Inspiration led myself, Kaylan Madeira, and my wonderful other half, Jo Schneider, to start our own small-batch, hand-crafted artisan cider. Fairview Cider is crafted using a unique blend of organic French and English cider apples, grown straight from our orchard in Cawston, BC.

From orchard to glass our apple ciders are created with a blend of dessert and traditional cider apples. Our Blush cider is our fun take on traditional cider blended with organic Santa Rosa Plums. Our tasting room will also feature our Sparkling Apple perfect for sitting in our picnic area with the kids.
